Product does not do crushed ice :( Plus it has a small fridge area but a huge freezer area

This was installed in a remodel in April 2016. So far so good. Freezer on the bottom and ice in the front door is very good, but takes up space in the refrigerator for taller items. Only concern that I had, which I did a service all on, was the ice dispenser. The ice dispenser doesn't immediately stop dispensing ice when glass is pulled back from switch. Other makes that I have seen do. Service said that is the way it is. But this is minor compared to the whole product. To that point, I will be getting another one of these for another remodel.
