Nice looking, but drawer won't stay closed

Bought two of these about 3 years ago and both drawers quit closing within 2 weeks of each other. Bought replacement latches and now they stay closed for a few minutes, then pop back open. Frustrating!

Great drawer, but the latch broke almost right away. How can I get a replacement latch? Otherwise I love the pedestals. Great for divorced/separated socks.

LOVE my machines! My kitchen is Electrolux too. We have been very happy with all the appliances.My dryer drawer won't stay closed when we bought them. A repair man came out and fixed it. Now the same drawer won't close. It sounds like a common problem. My husband is super handy so probably won't need a repair man. But where does it show you how to replace the part?

My old washer died and that pedestal would not accommodate the newer taller detergent bottles. This new pedestal drawer is deeper and the tall bottles fit perfectly. It is so easy to use. All you do is press the door and voila it glides open so easily. A slight push to close and it locks in place. Makes my new Electrolux washer the perfect height for loading and unloading without having to bend over. I highly recommend not only the pedestal, but the washer and dryer. So happy with my purchases.

They were great until one wouldn't close

All was going well with both of them until one kept opening. We had to spend $150 to have it repaired. The guy who came to do the work said he's never seen one do what our did. It's surprising too since there's just the two of us here....we're retired and these drawers don't get abused.
