Worked for 2.5 year's of moderate use with just my wife and I and suddenly stopped working. Displays "door open" and will not let me begin any cycle. I attempted to contact Frigidaire several times and couldn't get through and had no response from emails so I trouble shot myself via YouTube. I replaced the thermal switch, tested the door button and wiring and they were fine. Still not working! This leads me to believe that the motherboard went bad and would cost 150+ to repair something that was obviously defective. I'm really not pleased with the lack of contact with the company.

Bought this dryer out of necessity, as my old Frigidaire finally gave out after 8 years, which was pretty long life, I'm told. The dryer holds a lots of clothes and I like the steam feature to touch-up wrinkled clothes. Overall, a good dryer.

I have found this Frigidare product to perform on an average basis. Our laundry does not always dry completely

We've had this about a month. We love it. It has several features that we didn't think we needed but they work out great.
