broken on 1st time use. Door locked. Customer service requires serial number before warranty service. However, the serial number is inside the door. With the locked door can't be retrieved. Bad quality and bad design.

I got this dryer at a great price! Very happy with my choice! It dries clothes quickly and I love the steam feature! Would definitely recommend to a friend.

Broken machine, can't get parts

I bought this machine 18 months ago, and already the motor, the heater and the hi limit (thermostat?) are broken. This is a pretty expensive machine, and i would not expect that it would have such a complete level of mechanical failure after only 18 months. That being said, I understand things break, but if I can't get parts and repairs completed in a timely fashion, then this appliance is completely worthless to me.
