Within about 18 months both racks started to rust. By the time I called LG it was out of warranty. Our racks are now plagued by rust throughout. This is an expensive product with CHEAP racks. So disappointed.

Great dishwasher but rusting racks/wheels are bad.

Wheels broke so lg replaced but now the rack is rusting its not even a year old yet. I expect more from such a strong name brand.

The board went out twice on this dishwasher. The upper rack hardware fell apart and was never fixed under warranty. Dishwasher is one month out of warranty and I have to throw it away.

I bought a complete LG Kitchen for a new kitchen 3 years ago. The refrigerator died twice and has now been replaced and a critical disabling Dishwasher sensor died which LG refused to cover under its famous 10 Warranty proudly labeled on its front facing door. Thoroughly disgusting and the last dime I will pay to LG. Congratulations on producing unreliable crap.

Dishwasher works great except for the rusted rack and rollers that make it almost unusable. This seems to be a reoccurring problem with this roller.
