We have just installed our brand new custom panel, top control dishwasher. It was one of the final things we did amongst our main floor renovation. As all of our dishes got covered in dust during the Reno, we we're eager to get the dishwasher running to wash EVERYTHING. On the very first wash, the dishwasher seemed to turn on, run for 5 mins..and then go silent. Everything is warm and wet..But not clean. Even the detergent pack is not dissolved. All of the propellers are free of obstruction,and it is not over loaded. Having a really frustrating time trying to get this to work properly.

I bought this dishwasher in 2016. Two years later we notice our dishes dont wash properly, but it completes the entire cycle. We called technician and he claims control board has failed and needs replacement. I am very disappointed after spending $1,000 and i have to spend another $300 - $400 to replace control board.

The teeth of the third rack do not hold the utensils in place. All my utensils do not hold in place and always fall!! So I can not recover the space of the utensils basket. I'm really disappointed about that. I had a Bosh before and loved the third rack. Otherwise, the dishwasher cleans very well.
