Frigidaire 24'' Built-In Dishwasher

Do not buy this dishwasher. In fact, do not buy a single applaince from this company. We purchased dishwasher with a year warranty. About two months prior to the expiration of the warranty, the dishwasher stopped draining. We called and had it "repaired" only for the dishwasher to stop draining a couple weeks later. As we are staring at the standing water in the dishwasher again, we called for a second repair. They came out and "repaired" the dishwasher yet again. The third time the dishwasher stopped draining was just outside the warranty period. We called again explaining that the dishwasher was not draining again, the third time for the EXACT same issue which started prior to the expiration of the warranty period, and the only thing they could suggest for us was to purchase another warranty. I'm sorry, but this is terrible customer service. The issue with the dishwasher is not new, it was an ongoing problem that first happened before the warranty expired, so I do not see how this problem is on the customer. YOU, Frigidaire, sold us a piece of junk and now you refuse to offer any solution. And during the entire call while we were on the phone, the person on the other line was extremely rude and kept interrupting us as we tried to get answers. She provided her biased opinons on our situation and refused to show the least bit of sympathy for what we were going through. She even questioned why we waited after the warranty was over to call. I don't know, maybe because this is THE THIRD TIME this same issue has happened, and we can't control when the hunk of junk in our kitchen will decided to malfunction again. We asked the customer service rep to speak with the supervisor. She informed us that her supervisor would be unable to help us either. We still insisted on speaking with the supervisor who offered to extend our warranty ONLY to cover the next service visit on the draining issues. While this is a solution for the time being, I do not feel it will completely resolve the issue.I will NEVER purchase from this company again and this will not be the only review that I leave.

The Frigidaire Gallery series came with my house and the appliances are beautiful, however, my dishes are always wet when the cycle ends and I have the heat dry option on, I even made sure the JetDry was full. After reading the last review with the same problem, I will check the water temperature and hopefully that will solve the problem.

No bar on the door makes it easier to clean. My dishes are squeaky clean .
