We previously had an Amana dishwasher that worked great. Our new one is garbage. Dishes never get fully clean. Food redeposited everywhere. Spots and a thin layer of grime cover everything. Our machine is only one year old. We have tried every type of detergent. I keep the filter clean. Nothing helps. We are loyal Amana customers--2 dishwashers, range, washer. Amana needs to make this right or we will have to take our business elsewhere.

After almost a year of owning this, my dishes have never been 100% clean. Tried with prerinsing and without pre-rinsing. Tried different detergents. Tried different combinations of heated wash and heated dry. It's all trash. Utensils will feel greasy. There will still be food caked on to cups and bottles. Water spots left everywhere.

This dishwater was already in the house when I purchased it,(brand new) I can't say that I love it because I find that it's hard to keep clean and the hot cycle never dries all the water off of my dishes they always come out wet. I
