The oven was installed about a month ago and so far so good. It looks much better than the oven we had before. While it replaced a 27 inch model the space inside seems much larger. Have not used convection yet since I need to read up on how to use it compared to a regular oven. Other reviews complained about the noise. There is a fan noise during operation and cooling even in the regular oven mode. It is not that loud, it is not annoying. Unless you are a good carpenter I would strongly suggest you have an experience pro install this.
