I am new to a convection microwave oven. The manual is the worst I have ever seen. Does not explain the basics. What can be used when and in combination with what. I ended up using a different manufacturer website to read up and familiarize myself with the convection microwave. Why Whirlpool will not spend a few hours to fix their terrible manual is beyond me. In future, I shall stay with companies that provide a clear and detailed explanation on how to use their products. Terrible to say the least

We bought to replace an existing GE. Shopped around and found that this unit was a good fit for us. Liked the features and looks. Never had a convection unit before so are anxious to use this feature.

I am glad I purchased this particular make and model microwave. I was hesitant to buy convection but it worked out perfect. I love how it cooks and the color blends well with my other appliances.
