Bad microwave, quit working in a year.

This microwave was installed by our builder 3.5 years ago. After about a year, we started have problems with it not turning on. At first, the light sometimes wouldn’t turn on when we open the door, nor would it work after we closed the door. This has now become more of the norm. It’s frustrating to need to use the microwave and it not working. Help?

We bought the unit on May 6th, 2015. We haven't had any issues with the door luckily... however, the 20 amp fuse we've replaced behind the control panel about 3 times now... The first time the 20 amp fuse was replaced by a professional who put in a 10 amp fuse in the 20 amp's spot which obviously blew, but we replaced it with the exact 20 amp fuse as the old burnt out fuse that originally came with the unit (oh & was a ton cheaper getting it at our local hardware store). This last time, we replaced the fuse again thinking it was dead due to the fuse & the unit has power to it, but the microwave is dead once again. Also the bulbs under the range were the furst to burn out. I replaced with LED bulbs and it works great. The inside of the unit there is plastic cover (The Inlet Cover) that keeps melting.(Part: W10533497 COVRINLET) We've had it replaced once & now it has another hole in it. :(

Open/Close Door Issues

I purchased this product when we remodeled our kitchen. It was the only microwave we could find that had a 0 clearance for the door opening as we had deeper cabinets installed. The Monday before Thanksgiving we began to get the Open/Close door error and the microwave would not work. Called for repair as we had purchased the extended warranty. They scheduled for Wednesday (the day before Thanksgiving). That day they called and canceled and changed to the following Monday. Not the end of the world but not good timing. That Monday they came out and said it was a board issue and they would order it and call to schedule installation when the part came in...I NEVER HEARD BACK. On January 2, I called and they said they had the part but never called me. Scheduled for Friday January 4, they came and replaced the board but left without checking if the problem was fixed. I went to heat something and now my microwave will not even heat up. Called immediately to have the guy return as he had only left my house 5 minutes prior...they said they do not return to the house to complete their repairs. I in turn called everyone I could but no one would help. Was told they could not schedule for the same day...or the next business day. I now have to wait ANOTHER WEEK for someone to come out to look at it. I would not recommend this product or purchasing the warranty to anyone.

Door Latch Problem

I have had multiple issues with the door latch. Its a very poor design I will close the door and it tells me the door is open. Will not work.
