Stay away from this model. If I could zero stars I would. The handle and door frame are not durable even with light usage. And LG considers the damage as cosmetic and will not replace it. Cant be sure if radiation leakage is a factor. LG does not stand behind the quality of this model. Yes I reached out them.

We had to do a return and replace for the microwave. The originally delivered unit didnt work correctly. The geek squad came out and verified the issue and guided us through the return and replace process. The new unit was installed and has worked well since installation.

Purchased this microwave when our previous one stopped working correctly. This new one was fairly quick to install by installers despite being a different brand from the previous one. The features all work pretty well. I would have liked for there to be more power in the microwave. And if there was a timer function it would have been convenient as well.
