Not working after a little over a year

This microwave came in our newly built home. Unimpressed that we are having issues with it not working after only a year. It constantly trips the breaker. My husband has extensive electrical experience and has determined that the switch is bad in the microwave. Not impressed that it would go out after 17 months of use.

This microwave never heats anything correctly. Now it doesn't work, and it is just a year old.

This is my Second Frigidaire Microwave. The first one lasted 17 years and only purchased a new model was because the door latch broke and parts were no longer available on a 1998 model Now Please answer this question, When I use the timer I WHY CAN I NOTUSE THE MICROWAVE???? Yes that is right, you cannot use any other function while you use the timer. THis is Shocking that you cannot do more than 1 function at a time. I HATE THIS MICROWAVE!!!!

I bought the Microwave in March and it was installed in April. Was super excited because of the name brand but it doesn't heat up food at the first try I have to redo it a second time for food to heat up properly. Never experience this before with my other product.
