This appliance looks beautiful in our home, it has so many new to us features, like convection, but it is incredibly user friendly and works with our often busy lives!

Have the unit over a month now. Easy installation and overall great product. Nice that it has a turntable that you can turn on/off. The unit also is a convection oven that you can bake and also keep food warm.

I only had this Microwave 18 months and the handle broke. I called customer service and it is not covered under the extended 3year platinum warranty!

I purchased all new Electrolux Appliances two years ago during a kitchen Reno. Of the four applicainces I purchased, I have had service done on all units except the dishwasher.Just recently I the Microwave OTR stopped working and after having the Service Tech investigate, the cost of the parts and labor was greater than the unit was worth.The microwave lists for just under 1K and after 2 years it’s too costly to repair. I am having second thoughts about purchasing Electrolux Appliances

This works well. It also have a convection feature. The watts on this microwave is a little lower but all you have to do is adjust the cook time. Very easy to clean and has two levels to cool on.
