I bought this microwave in February and eight months later it is not working. It no longer heats. Very disappointed in Whirlpool.

I love how this microwave oven cooks and the many features it has. I would've given it 5 stars but I had the identical microwave for maybe three years and then it died and wouldn't heart. I really believe a microwave should last at least 5 years before having to replace it with a new one.

I needed to replace my old micro that quit working and this has alot of features. When I received it the plate was wobbly and the customer service at whirlpool was excellent. They took care of the problem promptly and it works great!

This is my 3rd whirlpool microwave and it will be my last. To open the door you have to ram your thumb almost out the back of the microwave and then you have to use your other hand to pull the door open. Very inconvenient. Also very tinny sounding when you open and close the door.
