It appears to be an excellent microwave. However here are some faults. The interior light is too dim. Therefore you cannot see clearly for over spills. The touch pad has no LED lights. You cannot see the pad in a dimly or dark kitchen.

First one lasted 4 1/2 years second 15 months and taking weeks to get LG to connect with my appliance repair man to get the covered part magnetron to be able to repair this.

I like my new LG Neo Chef microwave.

Its more advanced than the 2.0 I had before. I do like the chime. Its so much nicer than the buzz sound. The microwave is very quiet. The complaints I have is that it is very dark inside while food is heating. It needs a brighter light inside. But it is a very classic microwave. I got the black stainless to match my LG frig. They llj good together. Of all the other brands LG stands out as the fore runner.
