I've had the ProStyle Gas Rangetop with Griddle for a couple months and absolutely love it. The different burners are great and I've used the simmer function and it worked without burning the food. The griddle may look small but there is a lot that can fit on that 12" surface. I'm still learning how to cook on the griddle and prevent food from sticking but overall its worked great. The drip pan catches the majority of the drippings but have a towel handy when you go to pull it out. There is always some liquid that goes down the sides of the drip pan and underneath.

This is my first gas cooktop since my grandmothers old stove. I had forgotten how great gas was to cook on. This unit was easy to install, comes able to handle both types of gas without adding adapters and looks great.
