We went with this downdraft kitchen aid because of the brand and quality expectations we had from it. During the first 12 months warranty, one of the burners and switches stopped working - this was covered under the warranty. 2 months after the warranty expired, another burner and 2 switches stopped working but this time no warranty. Would not buy it again and would not recommend to anyone.
