I bought 4 of these units for small rental units after HUD banned un-vented gas heaters. These seem to heat and cool well and are more energy efficient than I expected.

It's still summer, so haven't tried out the heat yet. AC works great! My only change to features would be that the remote should show the room temperature like my Fridgedaire in the LR.

It keeps the room too Cool.

I Bought this product back in March of 2015 to put in my new game room... It cools the room down to 72 Degrees like the instructions say and works good. I just need to be able to set it at a higher Degree so its not so cold in the game room... I would recommend this product to people if one could change the temp for 72 to a higher room temperature. On the Question of "Where did you you purchase a new appliance?" My Ans is wrong but it's the only choice I could see to click on... My Ans. would be, "I am Building a Extra Game room on to my Regular Home." You need to adjust your answers.. for that particular Question.

Bought this for one room. I only run it on fan when not in the room. Then I click on cool and it instantly cools the room. Fantastic!

Extra control for temperature sensitive people.

Really helps to keep my hard to please room mate comfortable. The AC works good, & the supplemental heat keeps the chill out of her room. Great purchase!:)
