I received my unit yesterday. I purchased through Home Depot. Unit arrived in only 4 days. As I unpacked the unit I discovered large areas of flattened fins, as I examined the unit I discovered that the main frame was bent, that the plastic front parts were cracked in several places, and numerous screws were stripped. I will be returning this unit.

I bought the same unit (FRA122CT1) but not matching model number five years ago and it works really well to this day . So I decided to buy this new unit(FFRA1211Q1) for another house . Super cold and powerful . Easy installation and man does it blow snow powerfully .
