Ac unit is great but water build up on drain pan and drain hole is apart from it.

The fan on this a/c is extremely loud. On its lowest setting, it's comparable to a hair dryer.

You'd be better off buying a non-connected one and plugging it into a smart outlet. App takes 30 sec to open on even the newest phones, it resets to 75º every time you turn it on.

Good AC but WiFi feature doesn’t work.

I CANNOT get the WiFi feature to work. SMH. Last summer I just dealt with it but it’s really annoying that I can’t use it. I hold the button for 5 seconds & the light never flashes. I get a beep & that’s all.

This AC is amazing, its quiety, energy efficient, keeps my hot room ice cold. Love the connected features although they are a little finicky to get setup. However, because all the controls on the top of the unit are touch my cats are constantly changing settings which makes the blinding LED light on the front of the device light up my entire room. So its not a great solution if you have cats. There is no way to lock the touch pad which is really disappointing.
